We’re looking for a dynamic Training Specialist to develop and deliver top-notch programs for Sales Agents, Team Leads, and cross-functional teams. You’ll own onboarding, product knowledge, soft skills, and leadership training, manage LearnWorlds courses, and drive performance through coaching and data-driven insights.
What you’ll do:
- Build structured onboarding and training programs for Sales Agents.
- Train Team Leads on coaching, performance reviews, and team management.
- Design cross-team programs for Operations, QA, Customer Success, and Retention.
- Maintain and optimize training systems, automate processes, and track effectiveness.
- Lead the Talent Development Team and collaborate across departments.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in sales or call center training/talent development.
- Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
- LMS experience (LearnWorlds preferred) and data-driven mindset.
- Ability to lead initiatives and align training with business goals.
