Our client is a leading global IT services and consulting company dedicated to Microsoft technology, offering a comprehensive set of Microsoft cloud solutions to its clients across 33 offices in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager (D365 F&O) who will lead a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional managed services for select customers, focusing on service quality, customer satisfaction, and performance management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and coach a high-performing DevOps customer support team to deliver exceptional managed services;
- Build strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth;
- Understand customer needs and oversee service delivery aligned with business objectives;
- Manage escalations effectively, ensuring quick resolution;
- Own SLAs and budgets, driving efficiency and cost optimization;
- Analyze feedback and continuously improve services through creative solutions;
- Collaborate across teams to define service standards and resolve complex issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
- You are well organized and accountable, fostering ownership and high-quality service delivery within the team;
- Skilled in managing transitions from project delivery to managed service operations;
- Empathetic and performance-driven, using coaching and feedback to build strong, motivated teams;
- Proactive in developing personal and team capabilities to meet evolving customer needs;
- Strong communicator with the ability to identify customer needs and drive service improvements;
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, IT, or a related field;
- Minimum 6 years of experience within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem;
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions, including Azure and Dynamics 365;
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, ISV solutions, release waves, and One Version updates;
- Familiarity with Lean, Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and project management principles;
- Senior-level experience managing customer satisfaction, service quality, and escalations, plus ability to identify and support sales opportunities;
