Our Client, a dynamic start-up company in the field of digital marketing, is seeking a talented Lead React Developer to join their ambitious team. As the Lead React Developer, you will have a unique opportunity to work closely with the highly experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO), who has a proven track record in successfully creating tech start-ups. Requirements:

• 10+ years of overall experience, 3–5 years of which is an experience of working as a Lead Developer/Team Lead, with a strong focus on front-end or full-stack development.
• Proven ability to collaborate closely with customers, product owners, and back-end teams to refine requirements and convert them into well-defined, value-driven deliverables aligned with business goals and product vision.
• Expert knowledge of React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development practices.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Experience with code reviews, architectural decision-making, and mentoring team members.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility, and performance optimization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

English: Upper intermediate

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate the front-end team — delegating tasks, managing workload distribution, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate closely with customers, product owners, and back-end teams to understand requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable solutions.
• Design and implement user interfaces using modern React ecosystem tools and libraries.
• Establish coding standards, review code, and drive continuous improvement in development processes.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and technical documentation.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and front-end issues.
• Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and propose improvements.
