Junior UI/UX Designer

Axon is looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer with a strong interest in digital product design and a desire to grow in a structured, product-driven environment.

What you will be doing:

• Working on UX/UI tasks from problem understanding to final UI;
• Creating wireframes, simple user flows, and UI layouts in Figma;
• Applying web design theory: hierarchy, spacing, typography, color, accessibility;
• Following a clear design process: research → concepts → design → iteration;
• Collaborate with developers and other designers during handoff and reviews.

What you need for this position:

• At least 6 months of experience as a UI/UX Designer;
• Proficiency in Figma (layouts, components, auto layout, styles);
• Understanding of web design fundamentals and UX principles;
• Interest in user-centered and product-oriented design;
• Ability to accept feedback and iterate on designs;
• Good communication skills and a teamwork mindset;
• Time management skills and responsibility;
• Portfolio or case studies.

Nice to have

• Understanding HTML/CSS;
• Basic knowledge of responsive design;
• Familiarity with user testing or usability principles;
• Understanding of design systems (at a basic level).
