Technical Proposal Writer

Aristocrat Interactive is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Proposal Writer to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will focus on developing winning proposals in collaboration with subject matter experts (SME) across the company. The ideal candidate has outstanding writing skills, experience working in a fast-paced, demanding environment, and a proven ability to build compelling, well-written proposals tailored to client needs.

Work mode: hybrid — 3 days per week from the Unity Office in Krakow.

What You’ll Do

• Develop clear, concise, and persuasive proposal content that addresses client needs and follows all request for proposal (RFP) requirements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SME), sales, business development, and other teams to gather information and tailor proposals to specific clients.
• Confirm proposals are compliant, well-written, and edited to the highest quality.
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure proposals are free from errors or inconsistencies.
• Maintain proposal templates and libraries for future use.
• Continuously improve proposal writing processes and templates for efficiency and quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in proposal writing, editing, and management, preferably in the lottery industry, or a related technology/software industry (5+ years preferred).
• Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to identify and accurately address errors to ensure detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information and customer communications.
