In 2026, we’re scaling fast — both projects and our dream team. So now we’re looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our crew and help make magic happen.
- manage technical B2B integrations with the payment gateway;
- guide clients through the integration process, from initial inquiry to production launch;
- analyze technical issues (payments, statuses, errors, callbacks), identify root causes, and propose solutions;
- work with logs and transactions to analyze operational flows and payment system behavior;
- configure client setups: cascading, payment systems, methods, and rules;
- optimize client performance through proper configuration (rather than simply escalating to r&d);
- collaborate with developers and QA to resolve complex cases;
- provide post-launch support and respond promptly to incidents;
- identify bottlenecks in client interaction processes and suggest improvements;
- provide structured client feedback to the product team.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B client-facing technical roles;
- understanding of payment system principles and transaction flows (deposits/payouts, statuses, callbacks);
- basic understanding of APIs: requests/responses, HTTP status codes, webhooks;
- ability to read and apply API documentation in practice;
- experience working with logs and analyzing technical cases (or willingness to learn);
- ability to troubleshoot independently without constant developer involvement, manage multiple integrations simultaneously, and maintain context;
- intermediate level of English or higher for communication with partners.
- experience with payment providers or gateways;
- understanding of cascading, routing rules, and payment method configuration;
- experience with Postman/Swagger and logging or monitoring systems (Sentry, Grafana, etc.);
- basic understanding of how backend services and integrations work.
