Creatio Developer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our customer is seeking a Creatio Developer to help build and implement a flexible, multi-product platform for a new finance sector project.

You'll be hands-on in building the system end-to-end — including data modeling, complex multi-stage approval workflows, integrations with external services, and custom development within the Creatio platform. The platform is built primarily using Creatio's no-code/low-code capabilities, with custom coding required for specific business needs and advanced functionality.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Senior Creatio Developer with hands-on expertise in Business Processes, Case Designer (DCM), Freedom UI, Business Rules, and data modeling.
• Strong hands-on coding skills in C# and JavaScript.
• Experience building complex multi-stage approval workflows with multiple approvers.
• Experience integrating with external services using REST APIs and Web Services.
• Ability to read business requirement documents and translate them into technical solutions, including identifying gaps and open questions.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and system architecture.
• Experience troubleshooting and optimizing Creatio solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Creatio platform.
• Build and configure business processes, workflows, and approval flows using Creatio.
• Configure and customize Case Designer (DCM), Business Rules, and Freedom UI components.
• Design and maintain data models, objects, fields, and relationships.
• Develop custom functionality using C# and JavaScript.
• Create and maintain integrations with external systems and third-party services via REST APIs and Web Services.
• Build and support complex multi-stage approval workflows with multiple approvers and validation rules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, and technical risks within requirements.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and other technical specialists.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
