Among the speakers and mentors are experts from Netflix, SKELAR, Bolt, Diia, Solidgate, Duomo, and other product companies — professionals who have already built dozens of teams and products, scaled systems, and launched processes that work on a global level.

This bootcamp is for you if you:

• have 5+ years of experience in software development;
• are ready for the next step and want to understand whether to grow as an expert or move into leadership;
• aim to influence the product, make technical decisions, and build teams that can scale.
