Salesforce Developer Course: Build Skills Companies Compete For
Tech careers move fast. Yet, some paths stand out more than others. Ever wondered why Salesforce specialists are among the most in-demand IT professionals in Europe? More and more companies in various industries, from fintech and healthcare to retail and logistics, rely on Salesforce CRM to run their operations.
As the demand for talent is steadily increasing, the number of skilled developers stays limited. That’s why Synebo invests not only in building Salesforce solutions for clients but also in preparing new talent for the ecosystem.
Our efforts were acknowledged at the highest level: Salesforce recognized our commitment to education and included Synebo in the global list of Workforce Development Partners.
With this mission in mind, we’ve created the Salesforce Developers course – intensive, practical, and designed to open the door into one of the most promising fields in tech.
Why Salesforce Development Is Worth Your Effort
Salesforce is one of the world’s most widely used CRMs. So, expertise in SF development ensures:
- Skills are in Demand. Recruiters across Europe are constantly on the lookout for SF talent.
- Pay Reflects Value. Mid-level Salesforce developers in Poland already earn salaries comparable to seniors in other stacks.
- Flexibility of Career. With Salesforce, you can grow into architecture, consulting, integrations, or front-end with Lightning components.
If you already write code in Java or C#, this course helps you channel your skills into a domain where competition for specialists is far lower than in more crowded stacks.
What Our Course Looks Like
We created the Salesforce Developer Course as a training ground where theory meets constant practice backed by our mentor feedback.
The course structure at a glance looks like this:
- Duration: 5 weeks, 10 lessons, twice per week
- Location: Wroclaw (Sept 30 – Oct 30, 2025)
- Format: offline, small groups of 8-10
- Language: taught in Ukrainian
- Instructors: Salesforce architects and tech leads who work with SF daily
What you’ll cover:
- Salesforce platform essentials and AI capabilities
- Data modeling and object relationships
- Apex from basics to async and integrations
- OAuth2 and advanced integrations
- Aura and Lightning Web Components
- Delivery tools: Metadata API, Git
Every class finishes with homework. Mentors check your code and give precise feedback. Between sessions, you stay connected in a Slack group where both peers and lecturers discuss ideas, troubleshoot, and share insights.
Who Can Apply
This program is designed for:
- Students and graduates of technical universities (starting from 2nd–3rd year)
- Graduates of IT courses in Java or C#
- Candidates with: Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate English, strong OOP understanding, coding practice in Java or C#, basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
The selection process includes an English test, a development test, and an interview. We keep standards high so our every group consists of motivated peers who want to learn and can challenge each other.
What Happens After
Graduating from the course is only the starting point. Because it gives you:
- Synebo Course Completion Diploma. You get official confirmation of your new skills.
- Career Opportunity. The strongest participants receive a Job Offer from Synebo.
- Mentorship During Internship. Once you join Synebo, your mentors stand by you during the trial term and help you apply classroom knowledge in practice.
This is your chance to start your path as a Salesforce professional.
Stories That Prove It Works
Since launching, we’ve seen first-hand how our right structure changes careers.
“It has changed a lot. At the beginning of the course, I only had a general idea of what Salesforce was, but now I can say that I have a strong foundation. This course has helped me a lot” – Yevhen T., currently a Salesforce Developer in Synebo.
“My favorite part was the hands-on projects. Working on real-world scenarios helped me apply what I learned immediately and made the learning experience both engaging and practical” – Dmytro K., another Salesforce Developer and a course tutor in Synebo.
These stories aren’t isolated wins – we have dozens of similar reviews. They’re proof that with structured training and mentorship, Salesforce can become your career accelerator.
Why Apply Now, Not Later
September 30, 2025 is when our next cohorts launch. With groups capped at max 10 people, spots won’t stay open for long. If you already code and want to specialize in something companies fight for, this is the moment to move.
