at the moment we are opening a competition for the position of a support service intern for our team in EU.

Technical education
Experience in a similar position
Studying all the features of the company's product.
Learn how to analyze customer business needs and provide them with the solutions they need.
Listen and respond to customer needs and concerns.
English written and spoken - B2 Upper Intermediate English level
HTML, CSS, JavaScript good knowledge or understanding
Possibility to troubleshoot through Dev Tools of the browser
Tech savvy
Problem solving attitude using on-hands instruments
would be a plus:
C1-C2 Advanced English level
Experience in Customer Support
Familiar with log reading in general
Linux command line
Rest API understanding (Postman etc)
