Project description: 

Flibco provides a personalized transportation service allowing to reach the main European airports. There are several applications for collaborators and users: web and mobile app for travelers, web applications for S2S and D2G administrators, mobile applications for S2S and D2G drivers, mobile application specified on tickets. All modules work together to ensure the operation of travel services 

Functional Development team: Project Manager, 2 Business Analysts, Java Lead, 2 Java Developers, 2 Vue.js Developers, 2 React Native Developers, 4 QA Engineers, UI/UX Designer 

Technical Roadmap: Solution Architect, Sr. Java Developer, Delivery Manager, Sr. Vue.js Developer, Sr. Drupal Developer, Sr. React Native Developer, Sr. QA/Performance Engineer, DevOps 

Requirements: 

• 3+ years in BA activities 

• Practical experience in applying key of BA techniques (use cases, user stories, root cause analysis, prototyping, prioritization, functional decomposition, items tracking) 

• Practical experience with tools used for BA activities and teamwork (modeling and prototyping tools, tracking systems, communication tools) 

• UAT process support 

• Applying of UX web/mobile best practices in collaboration with design team 

• Theoretical knowledge and practical experience in Requirements Life Cycle Management 

• Practical experience in change management procedures 

• Ability to communicate equally effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders 

• Good soft skills (communication, presentation, negotiation, conflict resolution, etc.) 

• Ability to handle multi-threading activities 

• Client facing and client focused 

• Proactive and able to manage own tasks 

Responsibilities:  

• Interact with all stakeholders of the project 

• Plan, facilitate, and conduct requirements elicitation  

• Perform customer business process and documentation analysis  

• Document and validate requirements  

• Create user stories and acceptance criteria for development and testing teams  

• Create various artifacts, appropriate to the project needs  

• Facilitate the definition of UX/UI approaches and prototyping  

• Support development team in clarifications of requirements  

• Participate in backlog grooming, defining, and approving upcoming release scope  

• Prioritize features, work on roadmap  

• Perform acceptance testing and support UAT stage  

• Manage change requests  

• Maintain projects documentation 

• Participate in pre-sales activities and project discoveries
