ETL Developer

Our Customer:

Our client is a leading consulting company specializing in improving business processes through robotic process automation (RPA). The company has unique expertise in supporting finance, actuarial, and IT departments within the insurance sector. They work with major insurance companies in Israel, implementing advanced technological solutions and modern information systems. Our client invests in talent development and provides professional training as part of the onboarding process.

Your tasks:

• Develop and optimize queries, as well as process data within information systems used by insurance companies;
• Build advanced SQL queries and utilize additional tools to analyze, transform, and maintain data in core databases;
• Support insurance companies in preparing, validating, and monitoring financial and regulatory reports;
• Implement automation solutions and contribute to continuous improvement of business processes.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience in writing SQL queries;
• At least 6 months of hands-on experience with Python;
• Strong ability to work with large datasets and develop complex data queries;
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team;
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong self-management skills.

Would be a plus:

• Experience in the insurance industry;
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Economics.
