Technical Lead

We are seeking a responsible and analytical Technical Lead  to develop and implement a strategy for expanding our development team.

Requirements:
— 5+ years of experience in software development;
— Strong hands-on experience with Python (Django) and PHP (Laravel);
— Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and clean architecture
— Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL), query optimization, migrations;
— Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.);
— Background in leading or mentoring a development team (Tech Lead / Team Lead / CTO / Head of Engineering role);
— Experience in planning technical roadmap, estimating tasks, and prioritizing development.

Would be a plus:
— Experience in SEO, AdTech, or marketing-related products

Responsibilities:
— Define and drive the company’s technical strategy, architecture vision, and long-term roadmap;
— Lead, manage, and mentor the development team (Python, PHP, Frontend, DevOps);
— Oversee the full software development lifecycle: planning, estimation, code quality, delivery
— Make key decisions on architecture, technologies, infrastructure, and scalability;
— Ensure high performance, reliability, and security of all web applications and APIs;
— Participate in hands-on development when needed — especially with Python (Django) and PHP;
— Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure timely delivery;
— Set up effective monitoring, logging, and error tracking;
— Forecast potential technical risks and propose solutions proactively.
