We are looking for a business-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage existing key clients: maintain and grow long-term relationships.
- Monitor client financial metrics: detect downturns early, flag risks, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Advise clients on how to use the product most effectively to achieve their business goals.
- Upsell and cross-sell: expand product functionality to increase average deal value while delivering real client value.
- Drive client retention and reduce churn rate.
- Proactively resolve strategic client issues in a win-win manner (focus on business guidance, not technical support).
- Who we are looking for:
- A professional with a business-oriented mindset: someone who thinks long-term and acts strategically rather than tactically.
- Located in Warsaw
- Languages: Polish — C1 must, Ukrainian — C1/native must, English: B2+
- Experience as a Customer Success Manager / Key Account Manager or in a similar role focused on managing and growing existing clients.
- Proven track record in upselling, cross-selling, and client retention.
- Strong understanding of client financials and ability to communicate in business terms.
- Proactive in identifying risks and implementing solutions before issues become critical.
