We are looking for a Head of Media Buying to lead and scale a high-performance media buying function in the iGaming arbitrage space.
This role sits at the core of our business, joining unit economics control, traffic strategy, and tech stack design to turn media spend into predictable profit.
We’re seeking a specialist who combines hands-on performance marketing expertise with a strong operational mindset, capable of building a machine that scales efficiently across channels and geographies.
We are a next-gen performance marketing agency operating the arbitrage model in the iGaming niche.
Our model combines deep media buying expertise with an advanced AI layer that automates and augments key parts of the acquisition workflow — including campaign planning, budget allocation, creative generation, audience targeting, and real-time optimization.
Instead of relying solely on manual media buying, we are building a highly automated UA engine where humans define strategy and edge, while AI executes, tests, and scales.
It allows us to maximize ROI, shorten feedback loops, and create a sustainable competitive edge in a fast-growing iGaming niche.
- Own and optimize unit economics across all acquisition channels (CPA, LTV, ROI, payback periods)
- Define and continuously refine the traffic strategy across paid social, search, native, programmatic, and affiliate sources
- Identify and scale high-performing GEOs, funnels, and offers
- Build a repeatable framework for testing, validating, and scaling campaigns
- Establish a strong data-driven culture around decision-making and performance evaluation
- Lead day-to-day media buying operations across multiple channels (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, native, CTV, push, display, mobile)
- Manage and mentor a team of media buyers
- Oversee campaign lifecycle: launch > optimization > scaling > saturation management
- Drive continuous experimentation across creatives, funnels, and targeting strategies
- Implement and refine key elements of the stack: tracking, attribution, and analytics setups (trackers, postbacks, anti-fraud, etc.)
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-converting ad concepts and iterate rapidly
- Partner with business development to source and validate offers
- Collaborate with the AI / automation team to design and improve automated decision systems
- Align with data engineering / analytics to ensure high-quality reporting and insights
- Provide feedback loops between product, tech, and marketing to continuously improve performance
- Build and scale the media buying team structure: roles, seniority levels, specialization by channel/GEO
- Hire, onboard, and develop top-tier performance marketers
- Establish internal docs: playbooks, SOPs, and best practices
- Introduce performance tracking frameworks and accountability systems
- Optimize team workflows to balance automation and human decision-making
- Deep expertise in performance marketing within iGaming or adjacent verticals: gambling, betting, sweepstakes, crypto, nutra, etc.
- Strong hands-on experience with any paid traffic channels: Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs, native networks, push traffic, etc.
- Proven ability to manage high-budget campaigns with clear ROI accountability
- Advanced understanding of tracking systems, e.g., Voluum, RedTrack, Binom and attribution logic.
- Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret data and make fast, high-quality decisions under uncertainty
- 5+ years in performance marketing / media buying, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in arbitrage or affiliate-driven environments
- Experience scaling campaigns across multiple GEOs and traffic sources
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing media buying teams
