Delivery Manager

This innovative platform helps to complete the major projects including skyscrapers, hospitals, data centers, stadiums, and schools. It streamlines the management of finances, quality, teams, and risks, making these processes transparent, convenient, and regulation-compliant. Zoolatech plays a crucial role in supporting their growth, and we are currently gathering for the best result-oriented team of the engineers who can keep the high-level development standards.

The primary goal of this project is to standardize the front-end technology and UI design across all platform components and tools. Currently, the front-end design lacks consistency: while some features have been developed using cutting-edge technologies like React, TypeScript, and the micro-frontend approach, numerous outdated legacy pages still rely on ERB files (Ruby on Rails frameworks) or Hydro-clients (React application hosted in the monolith). To harmonize our technology stack, extensive efforts are necessary to decouple the front-end from the back-end and migrate the existing UI to a micro-frontend architecture. The project will unfold in several phases, focusing on maximizing the use of our custom component library across the application. Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule, and ensure resource allocation is effective.
• Act as the main contact for clients on project progress.
• Maintain open, continuous communication among all stakeholders, including management, engineers, and vendors.
• Lead the engineering team, providing necessary tools, resources, and guidance.
• Monitor engineer performance, offer feedback, and advise on improvement.
• Ensure the project adheres to quality standards and meets client expectations.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
• Apply and refine Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency.
• Generate regular reports on project status, risks, and milestones for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors to guarantee on-time delivery of services and products.
• Perform people management of your team members.
• Develop business opportunities, based on the information from the external and internal customer sources.
• Budget management for your team.

Skills Required

• More than 5 years of experience in Project or Delivery Management.
• Technical background in software engineering is a must.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong expertise in using Jira and Confluence for collaboration and planning.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects of various complexities to achieve targeted KPIs.
• Experienced in risk management.
• Strong time management, decision-making, and organizational abilities, with effective teamwork skills across all levels.
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage effectively with both customers and project teams.
• Skilled in the hiring process.

• Experienced with monitoring tools for production environments.
