We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with strong organizational and communication skills to support certain aspects of a software development project. This role involves attending and facilitating meetings, clarifying requirements, and ensuring that project tasks and documentation are well-organized and accurately captured.
- Attend and, when needed, lead customer and team meetings.
- Clarify and document requirements through direct interaction with stakeholders and the development team.
- Ask questions and act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders to resolve ambiguities.
- Take detailed notes during meetings and ensure action items are clearly documented.
- Define and manage task descriptions, assignments, and updates within tools like Jira.
- Prepare visual documentation, including charts, flowcharts, and diagrams, to support project understanding.
- Maintain clear and organized project documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to document requirements, meeting notes, and project tasks with clarity and precision.
- Experience with project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
- Basic proficiency in creating visual aids, such as flowcharts or diagrams, using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
