We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer with hands-on experience in manual testing who is interested not only in verifying functionality but also in understanding how the product works end-to-end and how integrations affect real client business processes.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a Project Manager or Product Manager position in the future. You will work at the intersection of QA, integrations, operations, and product thinking.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of integrations with external platforms
• Configure and test integrations with marketplaces and delivery services
• Validate correct data exchange (menus, prices, orders, statuses, etc.)
• Identify, document, and report bugs; collaborate closely with the development team
• Analyze real business scenarios and ensure integrations function correctly
• Support launches of new integrations and updates
• Monitor integration stability after releases
• Prepare checklists, test scenarios, and basic technical documentation
• Work closely with Customer Support on integration-related issues
• Assist in incident investigations and act as a communication bridge between Support, Engineering, and Product

Requirements

• Commercial experience in Manual QA
• English level — B2 or higher
• Understanding of testing complex business flows, not just UI
• Basic experience with Postman for API testing
• Experience working with code editors (e.g., VS Code)
• Understanding of Chrome DevTools (Network, Console)
• Basic understanding of APIs (REST)
• Curiosity about how products work, not just how to test them
• Interest in growing toward Project or Product Management
• Experience with e-commerce / delivery / SaaS — a plus
