We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer with hands-on experience in manual testing who is interested not only in verifying functionality but also in understanding how the product works end-to-end and how integrations affect real client business processes.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a Project Manager or Product Manager position in the future. You will work at the intersection of QA, integrations, operations, and product thinking.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of integrations with external platforms
- Configure and test integrations with marketplaces and delivery services
- Validate correct data exchange (menus, prices, orders, statuses, etc.)
- Identify, document, and report bugs; collaborate closely with the development team
- Analyze real business scenarios and ensure integrations function correctly
- Support launches of new integrations and updates
- Monitor integration stability after releases
- Prepare checklists, test scenarios, and basic technical documentation
- Work closely with Customer Support on integration-related issues
- Assist in incident investigations and act as a communication bridge between Support, Engineering, and Product
Requirements
- Commercial experience in Manual QA
- English level — B2 or higher
- Understanding of testing complex business flows, not just UI
- Basic experience with Postman for API testing
- Experience working with code editors (e.g., VS Code)
- Understanding of Chrome DevTools (Network, Console)
- Basic understanding of APIs (REST)
- Curiosity about how products work, not just how to test them
- Interest in growing toward Project or Product Management
- Experience with e-commerce / delivery / SaaS — a plus
