In 2025, we’re scaling fast — both projects and our dream team. So now we’re looking for a Middle Office Manager to join our Workplace Experience crew and help make magic happen.
- define and drive the technical strategy of the GameDev domain in collaboration with the CTO and domain lead;
- coordinate the work of Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps team leads and other engineering functions;
- design the architecture of game servers, game logic modules, RNG systems, statistics, and logging;
- define standards and approaches for building high-load gaming systems that perform reliably during peak traffic;
- play a key role in optimizing infrastructure and communication protocols, improving throughput and latency resilience;
- implement development, testing, CI / CD, monitoring, incident management, and operational stability processes;
- ensure overall code quality, SLI / SLO compliance, performance analysis, and reliability audits;
- develop team leads through mentoring and coaching, build competence groups, and align engineering practices;
- shape engineering culture: design reviews, standards, documentation, and transparent processes;
- organize B2B technical support (API, integrations, incidents, emergency changes, on-call rotations);
- collaborate with product, design, analytics, SRE, and other teams to achieve business goals;
- evaluate technical decisions from a business perspective: cost-efficiency, risks, SLA, financial impact;
- participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews of engineers;
- build resilient and secure systems considering access control, isolation, change management, and internal threats.
- 7+ years of experience in building complex products (GameDev / Backend / High-load / Frontend rendering);
- strong understanding of game server architecture: game logic, RNG, game types (slots, crash, live), logs, and statistics;
- experience in optimizing high-load systems: peak traffic, caching, load balancing, communication protocols;
- understanding of security: threats, attack vectors, internal risks, access control, event auditing;
- strong frontend expertise: PixiJS, WebGL approaches, rendering, optimization for low-end mobile devices;
- hands-on experience with monitoring, alerting, and logging tools: Sentry, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, custom events and device metrics;
- experience in supporting B2B integrations: API, SLA, on-call, incident handling procedures;
- knowledge of caching strategies and provider selection for different player geographies;
- technical leadership experience: managing team leads or senior engineers;
- systems thinking, pragmatism, ability to make decisions under pressure, fintech-level responsibility;
- experience with automation;
- understanding of SLI / SLO, observability principles, fault tolerance, and chaos resilience.
- Experience in IT.
- Hands-on experience opening or closing offices.
- Event support background.
- Familiarity with Jira, Slack, Confluence, HiBob.
