Senior Project Manager (Ecommerce, Marketplace)

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (Ecommerce, Marketplace) to join our team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Project Management:

• Own project delivery: planning, tracking, deadlines, releases;
• Manage and optimize development processes (Agile/Scrum/Kanban);
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies;
• Support backlog grooming and ensure requirements are clearly documented and actionable;
• Ensure smooth coordination across devs, QA, design, and business stakeholders;
• Keep Jira/Confluence and reporting transparent and up to date;
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and secure timely delivery.

Product Ownership:

• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into actionable tasks;
• Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog;
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria;
• Shape product roadmap together with business leadership;
• Monitor competitors to identify gaps and opportunities;
• Ensure the product meets both business goals and user needs.

Essential professional experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or hybrid PM/PO in IT;
• Proven background in e-commerce, marketplace, SaaS, or gaming projects;
• Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC, backlog management;
• Ability to act as both delivery manager and product decision-maker;
• Experience with tools: Asana, Confluence, Notion, Slack, Figma;
• Excellent communication skills, able to balance dev team and business needs;
• English: Upper-Intermediate+ (meetings, docs, stakeholder communication)
• Ukrainian or Russian: native

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience in gaming or esports industry;
• Previous work in a startup or scale-up environment;
• Familiarity with payment systems, integrations, and marketplace flows.
