About the Project

Become a part of a full-service digital commerce and customer experiences agency, that delivers consulting, design, development, support, and analytics services within such fields: Digital Commerce, Content Management, Data Management, Insights & Activation. Required Skills

  • Proven experience in modern Frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)
  • Experience with frameworks such as Next.js and the ability to implement scalable solutions using modern frontend architecture and best practices
  • Solid experience working with headless CMS platforms — Contentful is a must
  • AI/Copilot Coach & Mentor experience is required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously as a senior consultant, propose technical improvements, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize modern, scalable, and high-performance frontend applications using React, Angular, Vue, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Next.js
  • Integrate and configure Contentful headless CMS, including setting up content models, implementing API-driven content delivery, and ensuring smooth collaboration with content and design teams
  • Lead the adoption of AI-driven development practices within the engineering team by acting as an AI/Copilot Coach & Mentor — guiding developers in using AI tools for coding, testing, refactoring, documentation, and workflow optimization
  • Ensure code quality through best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, performance tuning, and adherence to modern frontend standards
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to improving overall system design, performance, and maintainability
  • Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies, AI tools, and industry trends, proactively recommending improvements
