  • Control of the timely and effective results delivery by Operations Team Leads (Casino and Sport), using SLA traction;
  • Save money for the company through the good work of the operational department;
  • Resolute problematic and high-value cases in sports, payment, and casinos;
  • Notify higher Management about unresolved risk issues, and not covered by department risk zones;
  • Propose improvements for more effective finding new fraud users.

We need your professional experience:

  • 1 year of experience as a Risk manager;
  • Experience in quickly reacting and providing solutions for newly appeared urgent cases;
  • Ability to convince the person, fix the person's mistakes, and resolve the person's problem on the way to growing;
  • Experience in presenting risk teamwork results simply and easily;
  • Ability to see forward and understand how updates and changes would influence the risk team;
  •  Understanding people's psychology, motivations, beliefs, convictions, strong parts, and fears;
  • Knowledge of Excel, Jira, and Backoffices.
