The Role

We are looking for skilled Middle and Senior Product Data Analysts to uncover valuable insights for our product and business operations. Your role will involve leveraging data analysis techniques to drive informed product decisions. Working closely with our Product Management team, you will play a vital role in shaping an exceptional customer experience.

Tech stack: BigQuery, SQL, Python, Tableau, Looker.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Analyse product data to identify trends, patterns, and customer behaviour.

• Create and validate hypotheses based on data analysis.

• Generate reports and dashboards to track key product and business metrics.

• Evaluate product performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization.

• Ensure data accuracy and reliability by assessing data quality, identifying anomalies, and resolving inconsistencies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations for product development and enhancements.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with keen attention to detail.

• Ability to not only answer questions but also propose the right questions to ask.

• Proficiency in summarising key findings and insights derived from data analysis.

• Strong SQL skills and experience with spreadsheet tools (Excel or Google Sheets).

• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Power BI.

• Programming skills in Python/R, experience with ML/NLP algorithms.

• Understanding of product metrics, funnels, cohort analysis, A/B testing, etc.

• Basic knowledge of data science principles.

• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
